Should I call the cops on my neighbor who smokes pot?

its not going to effect you in anyway at all. For all you know they could have a medical card, and need it. Marijuana isnt bad, its just frowned upon because the gov. doesnt get anything from it because its a naturally occuring herb from the Earth.
