Do I have a personality disorder?

First of all, since you told us that you have a history with self mutilation, there is a chance that you would be at risk for mental problems not necessarily personality disorder, for me as a nurse i understand how you feel, you feel anxious about what could be the problem to you, the reason that you were given anti depressants was of your rather blunted affect before, it did not made things worse rather it was maybe not that effective to you, at this point a psychiatric could help though, it would be better to avoid stress and certain circumstances that could aggravate what you feel. i hope i could help
