Can a commercially zoned office be used as a primary residence in MA?

A small church has been refurbished and is now being used as a suite of offices. It has a bathroom but no kitchen that I'm aware of. It's in the middle of a residential neighborhood but is now being rented as commercial offices. Could I rent a suite of offices and make that my permanent residence?
