Are there any modern low-cost personal keyboards with a decent emulation of the Hammond-Leslie sound?

Yamaha and Casio seem to have the market cornered on personal keyboards, but hopefully someone has designed one with easy-to-operate controls to get the classic Hammond drawbars + Leslie rotating speaker sound. My Casio can do a pretty good job, but switching rotary speeds and effects is rather clumsy, as is switching back and forth between other instrumental voices and the classic organ sound. I am aware of the Korg, Nord, and Roland keyboards, but most of them are out of my price range. (Please, no supercilious comments from the B3 purists - I'm not looking for an exact replica.)
