In Kansas do u have to give someone thirty days to get out?

I live in a place, not on the lease, with brother and now ex-girlfriend or *****!.... She is trying to kick me out in ten days. Isn't there a Kansas law that states u have to give someone a thirty day notice before eviction??? If not isn't there some time frame or notice that u have to give before u get evicted????
