What should I do? Should i sue?

I got laid off work cause they closed down. The last two pay checks I received bounced and I never received my w2. I could not contact them cause they changed their phone number and took off back to Virginia where there from. I have tried contacting them and so has the bank but no response. I got my phone shut off cause I didn't have the money to pay the bill and almost got evicted from my place. I don't know what to do and I can not contact them still.
