How to evict person with small child in California?

My bother & his wife filing a divorce but waiting for the court. My brother already moved out but still supporting his kid & wife while waiting for the court. His wife does not want to move out of my property (my rental home) even though my brother offering her to rent a different place for her. I think I have to hire a lawyer to evict her out. What do you think? How long does it take to remove her from my property?
