Well, asking out her friend was a really dumb move. Why would either of them ever like you better for doing something so shady? If you really want to be with her again you need to tell her exactly why you would want to be with her, apologize for your actions in the past and show her how you have changed since then. If the problem was that she thinks you were taking things too fast with her, then you will need to first take her out on MANY dates, where you don't even think of touching her. Then, let her call all the shots. If she wants to hook up with you, only go as fast as she will allow. If she wants to do more than just make out, ask her if she is 100% positive that thats what she wants. don't be pushy at all.
